IMMERZIV operates as an online retail store selling gaming products, trading cards, figures, gadgets, board games, and pre-owned. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing
• All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of VAT (7%)
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors

3. Orders & Payment
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
• We accept payment methods available at checkout
• IMMERZIV reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud

4. Shipping
• Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Delivery times vary by location (see our Shipping Policy for details)
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier

5. Returns & Refunds
• All sales are final
• Refunds are only issued in the case of wrong items shipped.

6. Pre-owned Items
• Pre-owned products are sold as described and may show signs of prior use
• Photos and condition descriptions are provided for transparency
• No returns accepted for pre-owned items unless wrong item was shipped

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this store including logos, images, and text is the property of IMMERZIV and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
IMMERZIV shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
