Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and delivered.

Exception — Wrong Item Received:
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the incorrect item received

We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or unsealed products
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Change of mind purchases
